Sooo, we are almost through the winter and this is usually the time when people really start coming down with those nasty colds. Warm day here, back to cold with snow and rain, back to warm… you know the drill. I have my tried and true methods for keeping my own self healthy during the winter and like to pass on little tidbits when I come across them, and this is one of those tidbits that I have come across. It has wonderful ingredients that are really good for you and if it does not cure that nasty cold, well, it will taste good and make you feel better at the very least!
